StringWorkshop

About.
Taking place July 20-24, 2026 from 9am-3pm, Riverwalk is a week-long experience for string players aged 12-18 to hone their skills at the 577 Foundation in Perrysburg, OH.
Highlights of our program include string orchestra, introduction to composing, improvisation, playing music for performance with live dancers, and so much more. Riverwalk is a one of a kind program for 21-century musicians. It is designed to provide excellent instruction in string playing from world-class musicians, and education from the Toledo Mindfulness Institute.
This is a special opportunity for student musicians to improve their playing, be inspired and make friends in a holistic, friendly, and exciting environment - surrounded by inspiring peers and a faculty that is exceptional.

Meet Our
Founder: "From Student to Teacher"
"I was once a student in a string camp at the 577 Foundation. On the last day of camp my friend and I vowed to start our own when we were old and wise.
15 years later I made good on that promise and fulfilled a dream of mine: to create a very special and exciting environment for young musicians to grow as artists and people."
